February Layouts

Well I kinda buggered off to have a baby so I’m back now and catching up on my February layouts. (I’m slowly uploading all my completed layouts to an online gallery – will share the link soon).

 

just adding the finishing touches to the summery page, the quote page and the misc pics page and then I’ll share them :)

and now onto the weekly roundups for three weeks ;)

8th: created a scrapping challenges folder
9th: bought a new portable air con
10th: created a template to log my layouts for 2010
11th: Got my bags packed & all ready to go
12th: creating for the LSBS Seasoned Scrapper challenge
13th: nearly there. EDD is tomorrow.
14th: working on a new project – Scrapping Mums
15th: went to hospital expecting to be induced. got sent home
16th: Miss Kara Rose arrived, weighing 7lb 14oz
17th: in hospital, lots of visitors
18th: still in hospital. more visitors
19th: hope to go home today. have to stay another 24 hours
20th: Yay, get to go home today
21st: Dad took Kara for a walk
22nd: Got visit from Aneak & Brooke
23rd: Doing some digi scrapping & enjoying being a mum
24th: A quiet day at home digi scrapping
25th: Mum bought us a bassinette for Kara
26th: A quiet day at home. Kara spent most of it asleep in her bouncer
27th: Jonathan’s 1st birthday celebrations
28th: A prize from Colorbok arrived. Ohhh gorgeous scrappy goodness.

• 1st – Finally got the cot set up and made.
• 2nd – Footy clinic at George Town with the Hawks. Cocktail function @ Aurora. Got one of bub’s Hawks tops signed.
• 3rd – A quiet day @ home. Very overcast and hot.
• 4th – Picked up stroller & breast pump.
• 5th – Repacked bag for hospital. getting close now.
• 6th – Pottered around home. Watched Tattoo from Sydney.
• 7th – Caught up on washing. Created an album for a challenge at LSBS.

• 29th – still fencing. Andrew & Jess came up from Hobart.
• 30th – out for lunch. Lamb PJ bag is a present from Andrew & Jess
• 31st – Fencing is finished. Steam cleaned the nursery. Very hot. Two weeks til bub’s EDD.

• 22nd: Getting ready to take down the side fence.
• 23rd: Painting window sills in the new office
• 24th: Started laying flooring in the new office.
• 25th: Flooring done in the new office. Fence posts are in.
• 26th: Australia Day. Our bedroom is full of boxes from the office
• 27th: A lazy day at home catching up on housework.
• 28th: My birthday. 38 weeks pregnant!

The weekly inspiration over at Roll 2 Create this week was to take a photo of something that reminds you of Australia, or something that is typically Australian to you. Haven’t done it yet. The next inspiration is to take a photo of the contents of your fridge. Maybe that’ll be my photo for tomorrow.

• 16th: Spent the day @ Mum & Dad’s. Worked on invites for Gran’s 90th.

• 18th: Sanding the back room. Running LAN cables. Bought paint.
• 19th: Growth scan. Practical Parenting class. Met up with my bestie, Lisa.
• 20th: Painting the back room.
• 21st: Dad’s 60th birthday. Had an Ob appointment. All is going well.
